Throughout The Summer, Camp Counselors Serve As Leaders To Elementary Kids - Helping Them Grow In Faith And Character. Candidates Must Have Availability To Work The Full Summer, Monday - Friday. Camp Counselors Must Have Previous Experience Working With Children.

Position Responsibilities

• Work With A Small Group Of Campers And Provide A Fun, Safe And Exciting Camp Experience

• Confident In Leading Biblical And Themed Based Lessons And Activities

• Provide Instruction And Exceptional Care For Elementary Kids

• Strong Communication Skills (Will Communicate With Parents Regularly, Camp Staff And Small Groups Of Campers)

• Being Mindful That All Personal And Professional Actions Should Reflect Positively On The TLC’s Summer Camp

• Maintain General Safety And Well-Being For All Campers Enrolled In Camp

• Assume Director Responsibility In The Absence Of The Director

• Attend Weekly Staff Meetings
